Uwe Kitzberger sourced a supplier of top quality glass fiber reinforced epoxy composite (gfec) sheets of 3mm thickness with the quality "FR4". This is the best material we could get our hands on so far Cheesy. He sells 1 m2 sheets for EUR 100. Uwe will have the material for sale on his Mühlacker tournaments in Southern Germany (next event in October). You may collect your sheet there. Also, he can cut the sheets in half. Shipping is possible, yet added shipping costs can be substantial.

Cool news. FR4 is the grade I use too, but I find it twice that price in France...

Speaking about materials, does anyone know where I can find the "G12" grade, the one mentioned by Volker Berhens on his website (among others...)

In that case I think there are at least two swiss throwers going to Mühlacker this autumn Smiley  I really need the best material available. Is it the same quality Herman Peeters once sold?

I have seen that Lorenz has just got the result from sunday.
Strange LD tournament: in the same day, we had sun, rain, stormy wind, dead calm wind conditions... We had really all the extremes weather conditions in a single throwing day.

Nice day, thought. As usual  Smiley
