I am happy to annonce a french LD competition in Bordeaux, the 2 may 2008, on airfield (1000m/600m)
The classical tournement is after LD session, 3 and 4 may.

“Long distance” French Cup

Aerodrome of Cabanac and Villagrain on May, 2nd

Friday, May 2nd:

9.30 am: arrival of the competitors
10 am: construction workshops, long distance boomerang (or 1st round of the competition)
12.30 am: midday break
1.30 pm: 1st round of the competition
4 pm: 2nd round of the competition
6.30 pm: end of the events
8.30 pm: meal at a restaurant in the centre of Bordeaux
Later: nocturnal throws

The winner of the long distance event will receive as a reward a microlight or paraglider first flight.
Standard tournament at the campus of Talence on May, 3rd and 4th

At this time, I think that the workshop will be too short because there is a lot of throwers:
